Ron Ely is married to Valerie Lundeen. The couple wed in 1984 and have been together for over 38 years. Valerie is a former Miss Florida USA and has appeared in several films and television shows, including "The Love Boat" and "Fantasy Island".

Ron Ely Family Tragedy

In October 2019, Ron and Valerie Ely's son, Cameron, was arrested and charged with the murder of his mother. Cameron was taken into custody after police responded to a 911 call from the Ely residence. Valerie was found dead at the scene with multiple stab wounds. Cameron was arraigned on murder charges and is currently being held without bail. The motive for the murder is still under investigation.
